Q3: Can the nails be reused?
A: Your Enchanted Nails can be worn again and again when applied with our jelly stickers. We always suggest using jelly stickers — they hold beautifully yet lift away with ease, keeping your natural nails healthy and untouched.

(When applied with nail glue, your set lasts longer, but is best enjoyed as a one-time wear.)

Q4: What are the shipping costs? Is there free shipping?
A: Orders over $79 AUD within Australia enjoy free shipping. For orders under $79 AUD, standard shipping rates apply.

Q5: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Q6: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Changes are possible only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.

Q7: Can I return my order for other reasons?
A: Because of the custom and personal nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped. This ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched set made just for them. Please double-check size and design before ordering.
