We take great care to ensure your order is beautifully packaged and delivered safely to you.
1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We currently ship within Australia only, using Australia Post.
Shipping Options:
* Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or peak seasons — these are unfortunately beyond our control.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer:
* Free standard shipping for all Australian orders over $79 AUD
* A flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping on orders under $79 AUD
Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout once your total reaches $79 or more.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.
You can track your parcel anytime via the Australia Post website:

4. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once a parcel is handed to Australia Post, delivery is beyond our direct control.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please first check the tracking link and contact Australia Post for updates.
We’ll always do our best to assist you in locating your order, but we cannot take responsibility for delays or losses caused by postal services.
5. Wrong Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@enchantednailsstudio.com.au — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@enchantednailsstudio.com.au with:
* Your order number
* A clear photo of the item and packaging
We’ll review your case and offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or store credit.
7. Local Pickup
At this stage, local pickup is not available. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
