Please follow our application and removal instructions carefully to avoid damage to your natural nails.
We are not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage caused by misuse or improper application/removal.
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend testing the adhesive before full application.

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or refund.

Delivery times vary based on destination and postal service conditions, which may be outside our control.
Once shipped, Enchanted Nails Studio is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels — but we’ll always do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once your order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly review the issue and offer a solution.
