This website is operated by Enchanted Nails Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Enchanted Nails Studio.
These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, use its features or purchase a product from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with the policies linked on our website.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or placing an order.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
By using this website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or that you are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use the website or our products for an unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, or reproduce website content without permission.
2. Product Information
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.
Our nail sets are individually handmade. Minor variations in colour, pattern, texture or embellishment placement may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not necessarily defects, provided the product remains consistent with its description and is of acceptable quality.
Product availability, designs and packaging may change from time to time. Any material substitution or change will be disclosed where required.
3. Sizing and Personalised Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing our Sizing Guide and checking their measurements before placing an order.
Personalised sizing allows customers to select a size for each individual nail from the sizes available for that design. It does not mean that the nails are individually moulded or manufactured to match the natural curvature of each nail.
If the sizes supplied match the sizes selected in the order, an unsuitable fit caused by incorrect measurements or natural-nail curvature is not considered a product fault.
If we supply a different size combination from the one confirmed in your order, please contact us so that we can correct the issue.
4. Product Use and Safety
Our press-on nails are cosmetic products intended for external use only.
Please follow our application, care and removal instructions. Do not force or pry off a nail that has not loosened, as this may damage the natural nail.
Adhesive tabs are included where stated in the product description. Nail glue is not included unless expressly stated otherwise. If you choose to use a third-party adhesive or removal product, please follow its manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings.
Stop using a product if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Seek appropriate medical advice if symptoms persist or are severe.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have where a product is unsafe, faulty or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Discounts and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions, including eligibility, expiry dates and whether they may be combined with other offers.
6. Orders
After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has entered preparation or been dispatched.
We may contact you if information is missing, a selected combination is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or we need clarification about personalised sizing.
If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative or refund for the unavailable item.
Requests to change or cancel an order should be sent as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has begun.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. If a delivery problem occurs, we will assist with the relevant carrier enquiry and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility or remedy that applies under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Change-of-mind returns and sizing-selection errors are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, unsafe or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms or any other store policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Replacement Nails
Individual replacement nails may be available for current designs, subject to stock and design availability.
Availability is not guaranteed indefinitely, particularly for seasonal, limited-edition or discontinued designs. Any applicable product and shipping charges will be disclosed before a replacement order is confirmed.
This optional service does not limit any remedy available where the original product was faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
10. Intellectual Property
The content created for this website, including original photographs, written content, branding and original design materials, is owned by or licensed to Enchanted Nails Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially use our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party names, platforms and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, social-media platforms and delivery providers.
We are not responsible for the content or independent privacy practices of third-party websites. Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By providing your contact and order information, you authorise us and our service providers to use it as reasonably necessary to process payments, prepare and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with your preferences, and you may unsubscribe using the link provided in an email.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enchanted Nails Studio is not responsible for loss or damage caused by:
- use of a product contrary to its instructions or intended purpose;
- forcing or improperly removing press-on nails;
- use of third-party adhesives, removers or other products;
- incorrect information supplied by the customer; or
- events outside our reasonable control.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website or legal obligations.
The version published on the website at the time you place an order will generally apply to that order. Material changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any rights available under applicable Australian consumer legislation.
